Farm «Arkalyk» was established in 1997. The main activity is field crop cultivation and cattle breeding. The farm has its own horse farm, which contains 180 mare heads. In 2007, a modern koumiss shop with a capacity of 1000 liters of koumiss per day with filling into glass bottles of 0.5 liters was put into operation.

The workshop mastered the original technology of industrial production of koumiss, which is prepared from natural mare’s milk with the addition of pasteurized homogenized cow milk with the use of special koumiss sourdough in pure cultures.

This technology allowed to increase the shelf life of koumiss, to improve the organoleptic parameters. The products of the workshop are certified.
